Q
I spoke to Mr David Stapf, President, Paramount this morning about
continuing production of the show.
He informed me that for sure the show is not going to be extended. He said
that personally he likes the show,
but that won't affect the decision to cancel the show. Also, he said that
the show will not be shopped out to
any other networks either.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

But...there is a new sci-fi show going into production called Threshold.
It's about Earth dealing with the effects
of extraterrestrials here on Earth.,

That show has been made already it's called Earth Final conflict.

To Paramount:
Why dont you all just give up and make soap opera's that seems to be what
you want to do. In there you can make someones who life a dream. Ignore
continuity. have a baby grow to adult hood in three years while nobody
else ages. And Play to the least of human drives as much as you all want.

There have been no press releases from Paramount about shopping or not
shopping Enterprise.

Forgive my skepticism.

I would also be interested in what Gail Berman and possibly Shari
Redstone have to say on the matter.

Not another one of those. They would be better off (and get more viewers)
to run all those old black and white "b" movies that ran in the 1960's.
Ya know,
on Chiller Theater or Supernatural Theater on Saturday nights.
Seems like the SCI-FI channel (they do run Sci-Fi stuff, don't they?)
should run those movies also instead of running
all this crap they do most of the time. Most of it sucks anyway. Ya
know, lets go the the center of the earth
to jump start the magma flow again. How many of those are there?? Or
gee wizzz, look at how big that snake is.
Or Jason, can you rip Fredies head off. JEZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
With such great Sci-Fi out there why do they insist on not running any
of it???
A great channel for Sci-Fi but they don't run anything good on it.
Which makes the Sci-Fi channel not so much GOOD Sci-fi,
and that is a shame.
