noticed there isn't alot of activity here and the people who are here seem to be
avoiding me somewhat. Don't know if this is just me being superstitious or not.
I hope this place isn't dieing.

I just got back from a camping trip, so that's why I haven't posted
recently. I don't think this place will die untill usenet dies, and
even then we'll probably just move someplace else. So on second
thought, it probably wont die untill the apyclopse or ragnarok or
whatever you want to call it.

*nods* Yep, I'm on an rpg site like that, called wolf Mountain, and
I've been there almost five years. Every time there's a lull in
activity, people start fretting about it finally closing down, but it
never does. Wolf Mountain is so loved by it's members that, even if it
did close, I know someone would make a replacement. If no one else,
then me.
I'm sure this place is just the same. ^_^

Yeah, beds and other furniture eat them and somehow end up in my laundry
basket. They aren't mine (heck, I don't wear clothing, so why do I even
have a laundry basket), so I don't do anything with them.

So long as there are two dragons communicating in some way, the spirit
of Alfandra will continue. Therefore, even if Ragnarok occurs, Alfandra
will survive better than the cockroaches.

I'm still trying to figure out how I get items I accidentally drop to
wind up in another dimension... seems like every time something I need
slips out of my paws, it hits the floor and bounces off at a right angle

Ooh, that reminds me of the time my brother, two friends, and myself
were trying to make a matchbox car go through dimensions. We had been
playing with them when one shot under a table and completely vanished,
so we tried to recreate the phenomenon. We built a ramp shaped like a
helix, and tried all sorts of other odd tricks, but it never worked.
On the other hand, we never found the first one, either....

That happened to me when I was playing above our sump pump. I dropped
the car into it (accidentally, as all these phenomenon seeme to need)
and it never even hit the water (no sploosh sound) nor was it ever found
at the bottom of the pump pit.

Well technically I'm on permanent vacation... I don't work... but this is
going to be our vacation this year... too many bills to pay... eventually

When Drexel takes your money and screws you over.

You don't save money by getting a meal plan, housing is more expensive than
the surrounding apartments/condos, you get barely any education for the
tuition money.
And they screw up financial aid frequently. Since I can't get any, I
haven't been affected, but I know several people who's financial aid went to
someone else.

Looks like an interesting place. I see it allows many different beings there and
not just wolves and such. Pretty cool, I'll have to check it out more later.

Yes, I'm aware of the shortcomings... tried to get a medical card for my son
cause he has no insurance, but they go on the total income of the
household... not his... but the hospital did go on just his income and wrote
off his $600 emergency room bill... so that was a good thing... but they
wouldn't have if we didn't ask for financial help... course he still doesn't
have any insurance... sigh...

Yes, that can happen sometimes. It's ok, at least the weblink worked.
It looks like a very interesting place. I especially like that they allow other
beings aside from wolves and such to join as well. Unfortunately I don't know
that I would have the time to really get involved in it at this time. I will
bookmark the site though so if I ever get the time to I can join in the fun.
