Hi,
Finally updated the page at http://parasha.maoltuile.org
I do apologize for the delay and the confusion.
I hope to have the c.3000 to end of fellowship summary up later
today/tonight. In the meantime, Aelfwina, Odysseus, Count Menelvagor
and Larry: are you still interested in doing the summaries you have
volunteered for; are the dates still okay if we get back into a
once-a-week schedule or would other dates work better for you?

mine will have to wait for the second or third week in august, i fear.
but i have a feeling that, at the current rate, it'll be later than
that.%^]

I've been happy enough with the postponements, as they've made an
excellent excuse to procrastinate, but I should be able to get my act
together by the appointed time. Would that be two weeks from now in a
revised schedule?

Hi Barb,
Well, I think the dates need adjustment. For instance, mine on Append.
F1 is due today, but there are four ahead of me to be done. I could
probably do mine today though. And again, I can do F2 if no one else is
going to take it.

I've already begun work on Appendix C, and if all goes well, I hope to have
it ready for posting next week. It's going to be kind of a strange one, as
it doesn't actually lend itself to summary, LOL!

You all are wonderful and very patient people.
Yes, Aelfwina, it looks like next week Monday, August 1, for /Family
Trees/ now that we're on schedule again. I will update the page
tonight. Two weeks, as you say, Odysseus: August 8 for the /Calendars./
It looks like the third week in August, Count M., for discussion of
/Writing and Spelling,/ and Larry, you get a breather until the 22nd for
/Elves, Men, Hobbits and Other Races./ Are you sure you want to do two
in a row? I would be glad to do FII, /On Translation,/ unless you
really hunger to do that one, too.

I'm doing, far in the future, the whole of Appendix F for another board,
so it doesn't bother me in the slightest. But I don't want to take
opportunity from anyone else. So if no one else takes it, I'll do it.
If you or someone else wants to, by all means do!

Wow, I admire your ambition. What board is that?
Guess we're back to square one then with FII. Nobody here has come
forth about it, but I'll give it another week or so and then fill in the
page.

Ok, sounds very good. The other board is Entmoot: www.entmoot.com

It's a good board and it sounds like an interesting project there.
No one else appears to have stepped forward for FII, although I've been
on another hiatus and have only just started checking the groups again,
and so I may have missed something; if so, please let me know.
Otherwise, since I've been reading /Letters/ in the time since I haven't
been here and have found a bit of an exposition on the languages and
people of the Third Age, I went ahead and put my name down for it when I
updated the page today; hope that's okay.
Also straightened up the dates on the page and was delighted to
discover, that if we can keep to this pace (as we are indeed doing),
this project will finish up in the week that contains September 22
(which, unfortunately, doesn't fall on a Monday this year). Nice!
