What tyranny and impulsivity ? Look at the true history.
That is the point of history: to learn what people do when given power
under certain circumstances. Do not listen to that crap you hear from
Hollywood Homosexuals who control the News and The Press.
The English had to fight the English Civil War
to fight off the King's Judges and then they wrote their English Bill Of Rights
of 1689 (100 years before the US Constitutional Convention of 1787)
and init limited the power of Judges and put the people's legislature,
Parliament, in charge.
I have proven here over and over again that all the 'little guys' on the Left
in this country were the targets of outrageous criminal acts against them
by the US Supreme Court:
1) The Poor (1930's FDR impasse broken in 1937 when President Roosevelt
threatened to pack the Supreme Court),
2) Blacks (1896 Plessy vs Ferguson, legalizing racial segregation
southern State laws, an incredible decision, totally repudiating the 14th Amendment),
3) Unions (1930's FDR impasse broken in 1937 when President Roosevelt

4) Women (denied the right to vote under 14th Amendment in
Minor vs Happersett (1874)

Consider all the courage that politicians in the Presidency and Congress
(elected by 100% white people) to fight a war to end Slavery, then write
the 14th Amendment which banned States from passing racial segregational laws.
In 1896 the US Supreme Court supported Racial Segregation in the
Plessy vs Ferguson (1896) decision in spite of the 14th Amendment, written
in the blood of 100,000's of American boys who died on southern battlefields,
(1861-1865). It was an incredible decision. Shocking.
Then consider the fact that the US Supreme Court did indeed find a
use for the 14th Amendment and created the whole concept of the
wealthy fatcat "Corporation" out of the 14th Amendment.
Robber Barons who plagued the country at the turn of the century
loved this Corporation concept.

In 1886, the Supreme Court of the United States declared that under the
14th Amendment "...equal protection of the laws, applies to these corporations."
The meaning is corporations are persons under the law deserving "equal protection"
(Kellman, 1999; Adbusters, 2000; Rethinking The Corporation, 1998;
City of Point Arena initiative to end Corporation is person).
The problem is the 14th Amendment was initiated to abolish slavery, not to
make us all slaves to corporate rule. The Supreme Court has confused popular
democracy with corporate rule.

by never having a judicial scandal and entertaining the idea
that each Justice is like a King: they claim he is allowed to hold a "philosophy"
and essentially make it up as he goes along. Of course that is totally opposite
to the intent of the US Constitution and the English Bill Of Rights, and those
documents were all written based on an acute knowledge of History.
In return, the Hollywood Homosexuals Neo-Conservatives gain favorable
US Supreme Court corrupt decisions to expand the First Amendment to include
Pornography and allowing Hollywood Homosexuals in control of Battlestar Galactica
sell Sodomy to you and your kids.

state law banning private consensual sex between adults of the same sex in a
decision gay rights groups hailed as historic.
The 6-3 decision by the court reverses course from a ruling 17 years ago that
states could punish homosexuals for what such laws historically called deviant sex.
Legal analysts said the ruling enshrines for the first time a broad constitutional right
to sexual privacy, and its impact would reach beyond Texas and 12 other states
with similar sodomy laws applied against the gay and lesbian community, and
