There is a project underway to create a Dirk Gently radio series. This
is purely a fan production (find us on www.douglasadams.se) but
hopefully we can create the finished article and it may be brodcast on
DAC radio (DouglasAdamsContinuum).
This is a 'casting call'. If anyone out there has read Dirk Gently and
fancys themselves as a voice actor, we would like to hear you audition!
The main parts are as follows:
Narrator
Electric Monk
Susan Way
Richard MacDuff
Professor "Reg"
Gordon Way
Dirk Gently
Michael Wenton-Weakes
Dirk's secretary
We can supply you lines to audition with but equally you can just read
from the book some lines, for as many characters as you like, recording
yourself and sending the audiofiles to:

I assume you are seeing it on Google groups. The obfuscation is

Not liking this googlegroups format at all, the email address to
contact if you're interested is dirk_gently_radioATyahoo.co.uk where
the AT = [at] of course. If you're serious about the monk, then please
record yourself as the monk and you'll likely get the part if you're
good :)
