Happy birthday Lloyd! [message #56381] Mi, 08 Juni 2005 08:34
John Coxon
I know it's early, but I always forget on the day, so I figured I'd do it
early and surprise Lloyd.

(And I know Nikitta's not around to jump out of a cake, so my .sig includes
a quote by her as tribute to this fact.)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

*blows weird thing which makes a noise like the one Zaphod had at that party
in Islington and which I can't quite put a name to*

Many thanks, sir!

I must say all this "the day before" celebration thing is uplifting.
Maybe I'll have my birthday a day before my birthday every year...
Maybe not, it'll get too confusing.

They're called ticklers, as the early models had feathers on the ends of the
paper tubes to tickle your fellow partygoers' exposed bits.

Hippo bird? Is that a bird the size of a hippo or a bird looking like
a hippo (with or without wings)?
