It may have been at one point. The way it is now is simply one person
eating another alive (and both getting off on it). Never understood it, I'd
consider it catabolism too, but it also tends to involve two different
species (like dragon eating a wolf). As the Amazing Maurice put it (not
direct quote, I don't have the book on me), "I won't eat anything that asks
me not to." I, of course will extend it to not eating anything that asks me
to.
