issues discussed on the Usenet, it deserves a wider audience.]

Fourth in a series of pieces telling the truth
about corruption in the entertainment business.

From the very inception of the United States, there
was a recognition among the Founding Fathers that
accurate and comprehensive information about
important issues was critical to democracy. Hence
the First Amendment in the U.S. Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition the
Government for a redress of grievances."
However, as the TV and Radio age approached it was
clear that there was economic scarcity of access to
the media and only wealthy people could afford
access to the media to present the other side to an
issue which the Billionaire owner of a station puts
forth. The answer to this was the Fairness
Doctrine, which became a regulation of the US
Federal Communications Commission (FCC). It
required that if a station broadcast an opinion on
one side of an issue of "public importance", it
would be required to allow, on request, a voice
representing the other side of that issue to also
be broadcast over the same channel, regardless of
whether the person was wealthy enough to be able to
buy access time on that station or not.
For several decades this policy held the Hollywood
Homosexual Neo-Conservatives in check, to the point
that, as an echo of what is happening on this
Newsgroup over the past few weeks, they would
rather Not Speak themselves at all, rather than
allow someone on the other side of a particular
issue to speak. As wealthy fatcats often say: "a
little bit of information is a dangerous thing".
Even a little bit.
However, during the 1980's with a venal crook in
the White House who had made his personal fortune
making movies in Hollywood, the Hollywood
Homosexual Neo-Conservatives finally had a man in
power who would appoint more crooks to the FCC to
deregulate the Fairness Doctrine. This finally
occurred in 1987, President Reagan's 7th of 8 years
in power.
In response, majorities in Congress then codified
the Fairness Doctrine as law and sent the bill to
President Reagan but he vetoed the bill. Congress
achieved the necessary 2/3 majority in the House
but was a handful of votes short in the Senate in
their attempt to override the veto. Later that year
this same legislation was attached to the
Appropriation Bill as the Congress remained in
session for various reasons. However, days before
Christmas 1987, Reagan declared essentially "I will
only sign this bill if the Fairness Doctrine is not
in it". The Congress then gave up on the Fairness
Doctrine and the First Amendment rights for the
average citizen died with it, for the time being.
It was assumed that the next time a Democrat
entered the White House that the Fairness Doctrine
would be reinstated. However, Clinton was also
bought and paid for by the Hollywood Homosexual
Neo-Conservatives. And thus when Clinton entered
office the main item on his mind was "Gays In The
Military" in 1993. After the US public's violent
reaction to that crazy "Gays In The Military"
issue, whatever mandate Clinton claimed to bring to
office mandate was dead in the water, and in the
midterm elections of 1994 the Democrats lost both
houses of Congress (and have not regained either
one since). Consequently, the issue of the
reinstating the Fairness Doctrine never even came
up during the Clinton Presidency.
The loss of the Fairness Doctrine has led directly
to the Right Wing media situation we have today:
most broadcasters presenting the news from a center
to right political posture and numerous outlets
like Fox News, Russ Limbaugh etc, not to mention
numerous conservative newspapers, often owned by
the very same Billionaires.
Against this backdrop, wealthy fatcat Hollywood
Homosexuals who own the media see the Usenet as one
of the few uncontrollable elements of the media. If
they could wave a wand and destroy the Usenet
altogether and force people to use web sites or
Blogs that they control, their problem would be
solved. This is because the Usenet is not a
moderated medium in which they can Banish people
like me from the public forum and Delete any
messages Speakers like me might send. However, that
is yet to happen. That leaves them with a serious
'Usenet Problem' of how to stifle the dissemination
of accurate information on the Usenet which could
endanger their selfish interests (mainly Sodomy and
spreading Hate for and Murdering Arabs/Moslems).
And that forces Hollywood Homosexuals to hire paid
mouths to wage the battle that the Hollywood
Homosexuals surrogates working this Newsgroup have
been waging over the past month since I came to
this Newsgroup. People who express views with which
their Hollywood Homosexual masters disagree, must
be opposed with the following tactics.
As I have stated, the BSG public relations hacks
working on this Newsgroup are desperate to put out
the fire, any way that can be accomplished. 1)
Insults, threats and other attempts to intimidate
me did not work. 2) False Complaints to my ISP did
not work. 3) Now, the only other choice they have
is to exploit the weakness and loneliness of the
few true viewers of the BSG series who are left
here leveraging their fake friendship with those
left as a bargaining chip to dissuade them from
responding to my messages.
Generally in situations like this the people who
are left on these Newsgroups after all of these
personal attack campaigns are either still speaking
up and attacking whatever they think is important
or they have succumbed to the attacks and have been
coopted by the BSG public relations hacks, sheep to
herded whichever way the BSG Hollywood Homosexual
hacks lead..
And there is nothing accidental about this
development. Usenet is the one loose end they do
not control. You better believe Hollywood
Homosexuals right now are trying to find a way to
destroy the Usenet.
Again, Sodomy has nothing to do with the Left. It
is being pushed by wealthy fatcat Hollywood
Homosexual Neo-Conservatives who are just as
hostile to groups on the Left like The Poor,
Blacks, Unions, Women as regular Conservatives.
Heck, they do not even film their movies and TV
series in Hollywood anymore because they can avoid
giving jobs to their own Union workers and Blacks
by filming in Canada and Australia. But they are
the Media: they can always claim they are on the
Left, and a lot of people will believe them.
Neo-Conservative are similar to Conservatives in every
way except they love Sodomy and Hate and want to
Mass Murder Arabs/Moslems worldwide.

FAIRNESS DOCTRINE
U.S. Broadcasting Policy
The policy of the United States Federal
Communications Commission that became known as the
"Fairness Doctrine" is an attempt to ensure that
all coverage of controversial issues by a broadcast
station be balanced and fair. The FCC took the
view, in 1949, that station licensees were "public
trustees," and as such had an obligation to afford
reasonable opportunity for discussion of
contrasting points of view on controversial issues
of public importance. The Commission later held
that stations were also obligated to actively seek
out issues of importance to their community and air
programming that addressed those issues. With the
deregulation sweep of the Reagan Administration
during the 1980s, the Commission dissolved the
fairness doctrine.
This doctrine grew out of concern that because of
the large number of applications for radio station
being submitted and the limited number of
frequencies available, broadcasters should make
sure they did not use their stations simply as
advocates with a singular perspective. Rather, they
must allow all points of view. That requirement was
to be enforced by FCC mandate.
From the early 1940s, the FCC had established the
"Mayflower Doctrine," which prohibited
editorializing by stations. But that absolute ban
softened somewhat by the end of the decade,
allowing editorializing only if other points of
view were aired, balancing that of the station's.
During these years, the FCC had established dicta
and case law guiding the operation of the doctrine.
In ensuing years the FCC ensured that the doctrine
was operational by laying out rules defining such
matters as personal attack and political
editorializing (1967). In 1971 the Commission set
requirements for the stations to report, with their
license renewal, efforts to seek out and address
issues of concern to the community. This process
became known as "Ascertainment of Community Needs,"
and was to be done systematically and by the
station management.
The fairness doctrine ran parallel to Section 315
of the Communications Act of 1937 which required
stations to offer "equal opportunity" to all
legally qualified political candidates for any
office if they had allowed any person running in
that office to use the station. The attempt was to
balance--to force an even handedness. Section 315
exempted news programs, interviews and
documentaries. But the doctrine would include such
efforts. Another major difference should be noted
here: Section 315 was federal law, passed by
Congress. The fairness doctrine was simply FCC
policy.
The FCC fairness policy was given great credence by
the 1969 U.S. Supreme Court case of Red Lion
Broadcasting Co., Inc. v. FCC. In that case, a
station in Pennsylvania, licensed by Red Lion Co.,
had aired a "Christian Crusade" program wherein an
author, Fred J. Cook, was attacked. When Cook
requested time to reply in keeping with the
fairness doctrine, the station refused. Upon appeal
to the FCC, the Commission declared that there was
personal attack and the station had failed to meet
its obligation. The station appealed and the case
wended its way through the courts and eventually to
the Supreme Court. The court ruled for the FCC,
giving sanction to the fairness doctrine.
The doctrine, nevertheless, disturbed many
journalists, who considered it a violation of First
Amendment rights of free speech /free press which
should allow reporters to make their own decisions
about balancing stories. Fairness, in this view,
should not be forced by the FCC. In order to avoid
the requirement to go out and find contrasting
viewpoints on every issue raised in a story, some
journalists simply avoided any coverage of some
controversial issues. This "chilling effect" was
just the opposite of what the FCC intended.
By the 1980s, many things had changed. The
"scarcity" argument which dictated the "public
trustee" philosophy of the Commission, was
disappearing with the abundant number of channels
available on cable TV. Without scarcity, or with
many other voices in the marketplace of ideas,
there were perhaps fewer compelling reasons to keep
the fairness doctrine. This was also the era of
deregulation when the FCC took on a different
attitude about its many rules, seen as an
unnecessary burden by most stations. The new
Chairman of the FCC, Mark Fowler, appointed by
President Reagan, publicly avowed to kill to
fairness doctrine.
By 1985, the FCC issued its Fairness Report,
asserting that the doctrine was no longer having
its intended effect, might actually have a
"chilling effect" and might be in violation of the
First Amendment. In a 1987 case, Meredith Corp. v.
FCC, the courts declared that the doctrine was not
mandated by Congress and the FCC did not have to
continue to enforce it. The FCC dissolved the
doctrine in August of that year.
However, before the Commission's action, in the
spring of 1987, both houses of Congress voted to
put the fairness doctrine into law--a statutory
fairness doctrine which the FCC would have to
enforce, like it or not. But President Reagan, in
keeping with his deregulatory efforts and his
long-standing favor of keeping government out of
the affairs of business, vetoed the legislation.
There were insufficient votes to override the
veto. Congressional efforts to make the doctrine
into law surfaced again during the Bush
administration. As before, the legislation was
vetoed, this time by Bush.
The fairness doctrine remains just beneath the
surface of concerns over broadcasting and
cablecasting, and some members of congress continue
to threaten to pass it into legislation. Currently,
however, there is no required balance of
controversial issues as mandated by the fairness
doctrine. The public relies instead on the judgment
of broadcast journalists and its own reasoning
ability to sort out one-sided or distorted coverage
of an issue. Indeed, experience over the past
several years since the demise of the doctrine
shows that broadcasters can and do provide
substantial coverage of controversial issues of
public importance in their communities, including
contrasting viewpoints, through news, public
affairs, public service, interactive and special
programming.

My guess is that if you show an ability to support any behavior on
the Usenet, no matter how unpopular or despicable, you will receive
a contact one way or the other from Hollywood Homosexual chieftains
asking you to represent their point of view on Sodomy in the media.
I doubt I will ever receive such a contact from Hollywood Homsoexuals
unless I start working deep undercover on the Usenet.

The "New Battlestar Galactica" must be geared to convert heterosexuals
into homosexuals. His point is that having women with the same nicknames of
characters from the "Classic Battlestar Galactica" must be a devious plot by

The only way for the "New Battlestar Galactica" to obviously cease the

main female characters who share the name nicknames of the "Classic

embraces. See how simple it all is? Because men blazed the trail for
characters named "Starbuck" and "Boomer" only men must continue in this
path. Any female characters using the same name must be a sinister
homosexual conversion plot.

They almost had Boomer in bed with her Boomer sisters in the
episode where she is almost raped by them. I would not be surprised
if they try to expand on that possibility. Why ?
Because that would hit you and your kids with that exciting Incest

You better believe that the Hollywood Homosexuals in control of the BSG
script are hoping that the public starts to ask for Sodomy in BSG.
They are probing, trying to acclimatize viewers to that possibility, but
they know they have to tread carefully, otherwise they could lose a lot
of viewers.

Something that I've thought interesting...
To John, the most blatant evidence supporting his theory
is from "Bastille Day", when Apollo tries to stop the
prisoners single-handed and is defeated. John believes
that homosexuality is being shown in a positive and
attractive light on BSG, but when asked for solid evidence
of this positive portrayal he points to a man being
brutally beaten into unconciousness. To John, this
is an example of good sex.
I must say, I liked the horde of hot nekkid Boomers better.
They should become part of the standard accoutrements
of sci fi - lasers, rocketships, robots and Boomers!

Repressed Homosexuality Could Be Root of Homophobia
New research lends considerable credence to the psychoanalytic theory that
repressed homosexual urges may be at the root of homophobic behavior by
heterosexual men.
Using a scale that measures traits of homophobia--fear, anger, anxiety, or
aversion in response to interactions with gay men or lesbians--University of
Georgia researchers compared 35 men who exhibited homophobic traits with 29
men who do not. Both groups identified themselves as exclusively
heterosexual.
Each participant viewed videotapes showing three categories of sexually
explicit activities--heterosexual, male homosexual, and lesbian. (The
researchers explained that they included a lesbian videotape because it has
proven to be "highly sexually arousing to heterosexual men and is a better
discriminator between heterosexual and homosexual men than other stimuli.")
The order of the tapes was varied to avoid any effects that might be linked
to the sequence in which the subjects viewed them.
Before and after each type of videotape, which subjects watched individually
in a soundproofed room, arousal was measured using penile plethysmography.
In addition, subjects provided a subjective rating of their sexual arousal
using a 10-point scale following each of the three tapes.
The men in both of the groups had similar degrees of arousal after viewing
the videos showing the heterosexual couple and two women having sex. A
significant difference between the two study groups appeared, however,
following the video depicting male homosexual acts.
According to researchers Henry Adams, Lester Wright Jr., and Bethany Lohr of
the psychology department at the University of Georgia, the men in the
homophobic group displayed significantly greater increase in penile
circumference after the all-male videos, while the nonhomophobic subjects
showed dramatically lower arousal levels. They report that 24 percent of the
nonhomophobic men, but 54 percent of the subjects who scored high on the
homophobia scale showed some degree of tumescence in response to the
homosexual video. In addition, 66 percent of the nonhomophobic group showed
no significant increases in tumescence after this video, but only 20 percent
of the homophobic men failed to display any arousal.
Arousal Level Denied
Adams and his colleagues, who describe their research in the August issue of
the Journal of Abnormal Psychology, also point out that the homophobic men
were either unaware of or unwilling to admit the level of arousal engendered
by the homosexual male video. When asked to give their subjective assessment
of the degree to which they were aroused by watching each of the three
videos, men in both groups gave answers that tracked fairly closely with the
results of the objective physiological measurements, the authors note, with
one notable exception--the homophobic men significantly underestimated their
degree of arousal by the male homosexual video.
The scale used to assess the degree to which subjects possessed homophobic
traits was the 25-item Index of Homophobia, which yields a score between 0
and 100 that indicates the level of "dread" a person experiences "when
placed in close quarters with a homosexual," the authors note.
To evaluate whether aggression is a component of homophobia, the researchers
also administered the self-rated Aggression Questionnaire, but no link
between aggression and degree of homophobia was found.
Competing Theories
The researchers offer competing explanations for the arousal experienced by
the homophobic men in response to erotic videos of male homosexual acts. The
psychoanalytically oriented theory would view homophobia "as one type of
latent homosexuality where persons either are unaware of or deny their
homosexual urges," they point out.
An alternative hypothesis, which they attribute to Barlow, Sakheim, and
Beck, focuses on the role of anxiety in sexual responsiveness. It postulates
that "viewing homosexual stimuli causes negative emotions such as anxiety in
homophobic men but not in nonhomophobic men. Because anxiety has been shown
to enhance arousal and erection, this theory would predict increases in
erection in homophobic men." Thus, the homophobic men's increased arousal is
a response to a perceived threat rather than to stimuli they find sexually
arousing.
Evaluating the validity of either theory requires further research, the
authors caution.

Homosexual Urban Legends -- The Series...
Homosexuals claim that "heterosexuals" molest most children but statistics
show that homosexuals molest at far higher rates than do heterosexuals.
Rev. Paul Shanley, a retired Catholic priest was arrested on May 4, 2002 in
San Diego on three counts of child rape. Shanley had a history of molesting
boys that went back to 1967. He was at the founding meeting of the North
American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) and while in San Diego
operated a bed & breakfast for homosexuals in Palm Springs. Shanley
has openly called for "man-boy" love.
David Carlton Nurmi, was arrested in Florida on April 26, 2002, for
possession of child pornography and for molesting a 15-year-old boy.
Geoffrey Cornish, a well-respected Solana Beach, California therapist was
sentenced to 23 years in prison in September, 2001 for sexually molesting
boys who came to him for therapy. Cornish, who is HIV-positive, was also a
coach for the Torrey Pines High School surf team. Cornish told police he had
been molested himself by a Boy Scout leader for three years when he was
living in England.
James Edward Sanders, a homosexual child molester, was arrested in New
Mexico in December, 2001 for sexually abusing a 7-year-old boy. Police also
discovered child pornography in Sanders' home.
Christopher Reardon, a homosexual, former youth minister, and Boy Scout
leader was sentenced to 40-50 years in prison in the Summer of 2001 for
raping, molesting, and disseminating pornography to 29 boys under his care.
These are only a few of the homosexual child molestation cases to hit the
news during 2001-02. Virtually every week, newspapers detail more cases
involving homosexuals who have sexually assaulted children under their care.
New York Post Exposes High Rate Of Teacher/Student Molestations
In a story not widely publicized in the mainstream press, the New York Post
published a story in its July 30, 2001 edition about the secret epidemic of
homosexual child abuse cases that go unreported in New York City's public
schools.
The report, "Secret Shame Of Our Schools: Sexual Abuse Of Students Runs
Rampant," by Douglas Montero, is the result of an analysis of 117 cases of
sexual abuse between January 1999 and June 2001. Sixty percent of those
accused of sexual abuse were transferred to desk jobs inside the school
district. Forty percent of those transferred suspects were repeat sex
offenders.
The report noted that out of the 117 cases, 212 children were victims. In
45% of the cases, the sex offender attacked more than one student. In nearly
16% of the cases, school officials delayed or tried to cover up the sexual
molestations. The average victim is a 15-year-old girl and 75% of the
victims were girls. According to the report, "Nearly 20 percent of the
offenders are homosexuals and in most of these cases, the attack led to a
sexual relationship with the stu- dent." The report also discovered that the
Board of Education investigated another 347 substantiated sex abuse cases
between January 2000 and July 20, 2001. Adding the 117 cases with the 327,
it appears that at least one child is sexually abused each day by a school
employee-and 20% of these molestations against children are done by
homosexuals!
Homosexuals Molest Children At A Far Higher Rate Than Heterosexuals
Homosexuals account for only 1-2% of our population based on current
surveys. The National Opinion Research Center in 1992 found that 2.8% of men
and 1.4% of women identified themselves as "homosexual" or "bisexual. A 1995
survey of 18-49-year-old men published by the Journal of Sex Research
indicated that 2.6% of them had engaged in homosexual sex within the prior
12 months; 4% had had homosexual sex within the past five years. In other
words, at least 98-99% of our population is heterosexual in orientation.
Homosexual activists routinely claim that most child molesters are
"heterosexual" males, thus shifting the focus away from their own very high
rates of molestation. Since 98-99% of the population is heterosexual, it is
technically correct to say that most molestations are done by heterosexuals.
However, statistics indicate that homosexuals pose a far more serious threat
to children than do heterosexuals.
For example: In 1987, Dr. Stephen Rubin of Whitman College conducted a
ten-state study of sex abuse cases involving school teachers. He studied 199
cases. Of those, 122 male teachers had molested girls, while 14 female
teachers had molested boys. He also discovered that 59 homosexual male
teachers had molested boys and four female homosexual teachers had molested
girls. In other words, 32 percent of those child molestation cases involved
homosexuals. Nearly a third of these cases come from only 1-2% of the
population.
Dr. Judith Reisman, in her book, Kinsey, Crimes & Consequences, describes
the research done by Dr. Gene Abel. This researcher compared the molestation
rates of self-confessed homosexual and heterosexual child molesters. In a
sample of 153 homosexual molesters, they confessed to a total of 22,981
molestations. This is equivalent to 150 children per molester. Self-admitted
heterosexual molesters admitted to 4,435 molestations. This comes to 19.8
victims per molester. Dr. Abel concluded that homosexuals "sexually molest
young boys at an incidence that is occurring from five times greater than
the molestation of girls."
This high rate of molestations by homosexuals is consistent with other
studies conducted during the past several decades. Here are just a few
studies that show homosexuals molesting children at epidemic rates:
The Los Angeles Times conducted a survey in 1985 of 2,628 adults across the
U.S. Of those, 27% of the women and 16% of the men had been sexually
molested. Seven percent of the girls and 93% of the men had been molested by
adults of the same sex. This means that 40% of child molestations were by
homosexuals. (Los Angeles Times, August 25-6, 1985)
In 1984, a Vermont survey of 161 adolescents who were sex offenders found
that 35 of them were homosexuals (22%). (Wasserman, J., "Adolescent Sex
Offenders-Vermont, 1984" Journal American Medical Association, 1986;
255:181-2)
In 1991, of the 100 child molesters at the Massachusetts Treatment Center
for Sexually Dangerous Persons, a third were heterosexual, a third were
bisexual, and a third were homosexual. (Dr. Raymond Knight, "Differential
Prevalence of Personality Disorders in Rapists and Child Molesters," Eastern
Psychological Association Conference, New York, April 12, 1991)
Drs. Freund and Heasman of the Clark Institute of Psychiatry in Toronto
reviewed two studies on child molesters and calculated that 34% and 32% of
the sex offenders were homosexual. In cases these doctors had handled, 36%
of the molesters were homosexuals. (Freund, K. "Pedophilia and
Heterosexuality vs. Homosexuality," Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy, 1984;
10:193-200)
From these studies and many more, it is evident that homosexuals molest
children at a far greater rate than do their heterosexual counterparts.
While they comprise only 1-2% of the population, they are responsible for
upwards of a third or more of all sexual molestations of children.
Exposing The Homosexual/Pedophile Link
Homosexuals seldom openly admit that they want to sexually assault children,
but their literature and their actions tell another story. In the January
1-8, 2001 issue of The Weekly Standard, author Mary Eberstadt exposed the
clear link between homosexual activism and the growing North-American Man-
Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) movement. Writing in "'Pedophilia Chic'
Reconsidered: The taboo against sex with children continues to erode,"
Eberstadt notes:
The reason why the public is being urged to reconsider boy pedophilia is
that this 'question,' settled though it may be in the opinions and laws of
the rest of the country, is demonstrably not yet settled within certain
parts of the gay rights movement. The more that movement has entered the
mainstream, the more this 'question' has bubbled forth from that previously
distant realm in the public square.
Eberstadt notes that the book, Male Inter-Generational Intimacy: Historical,
Socio-Psychological, and Legal Perspectives edited by pedophile Edward
Brongersma is currently available in the "gay/lesbian" sections of
bookstores like Borders. This book, which openly promotes pedophilia, was
first published in the Journal of Homosexuality in 1990. The Journal is
edited by John DeCecco, a psychologist at San Francisco State University.
DeCecco is a board member of the Dutch pedophile journal, Paidika.
The homosexual magazine Guide published a pro-pedophile editorial in its
July, 1995 issue. In referring to pedophiles as "prophets" of sexual
freedom, the Guide editorialist wrote: "We must listen to our prophets.
Instead of fearing being labeled pedophiles, we must proudly proclaim that
sex is good, including children's sexuality. . . . Surrounded by pious
moralists with deadening anti-sexual rules, we must be shameless
rulebreakers, demonstrating our allegiance to a higher concept of love. We
must do it for the children's sake."
Parents are correct to be concerned about homosexuals sexually assaulting
their children. The Boy Scouts of America, for example, is right to prohibit
homosexuals from membership or leadership positions. It is evident from the
statistical evidence and news reports of child molestation cases, that
homosexuals pose a clear and present danger to children. Our laws and social
policies should protect children, not cater to the whims and sexual desires
of sexual predators. We must oppose homosexual activism "for the children's
sake."

Study Finds Disproportionate Abuse By 'Gays'
A six-year study of sexual abuse committed by foster parents in Illinois
found a highly disproportionate percentage of the cases were homosexual in
nature.
About one-third were same-sex while estimates are that no more than 3
percent of people in the general population say they engage in homosexual
acts.
An article in the March issue of the peer-reviewed publication
Psychological Reports presented data analyzed by Dr. Paul Cameron, chairman
of the Colorado-based Family Research Institute.
Cameron believes it's likely the Illinois figures reflect the situation
among the nation's estimated half-million foster children.
"What's shocking, is that 34 percent of the molestations were
homosexual," Cameron told the Illinois Leader.
According to a DCFS spokeswoman, the agency does not track the sexual
orientation of prospective foster or adoptive parents.
"We track our foster and adoptive parents on the basis of their being
single or married. That's it," Marjorie Newman told the paper last year.
The agency would not say whether the information would lead to a change
in policy.
The study showed 1 percent of Illinois foster and subsidized-adoption
children are molested and 3 percent are abused physically every year.
"Professional societies are so taken with gay rights they are ignoring
the evidence," said Cameron. "Just last year, the American Psychological
Association [APA] declared opposition to 'discrimination against lesbian or
gay parents adoption, child custody and visitation, foster care and
reproductive health services.'"

Based on the information on the "Family Research Institute" web site, the
data was extracted from 22 newspaper articles reporting foster child abuse.

In the 22 stories, among the 32 foster children who were victimized, at
least 12 (38%) were girls and at least 13 (41%) were boys. Since 2.5 of the
girls were victimized by females (counting the girl who was victimized by
the unmarried man and woman as being 0.5 homosexually and 0.5 heterosexually
victimized), altogether, out of the 28 victims of perpetrators where a
sexual preference could be determined, 8.5 (30%) were victimized by
heterosexuals and 19.5 (70%) by homosexuals. Also, of the 32 children, at
least 15 (43%) were victimized by the unmarried."
Shocking, no? A total of 28 victims...how many children are in foster care
in this country? This report is extrapolating these percentages from 28
victims. That sounds pretty conclusive to me.

| New York Post Exposes High Rate Of Teacher/Student Molestations
| In a story not widely publicized in the mainstream press, the New York
Post
| published a story in its July 30, 2001 edition about the secret epidemic
of
| homosexual child abuse cases that go unreported in New York City's public
| schools.

| The report, "Secret Shame Of Our Schools: Sexual Abuse Of Students Runs
| Rampant," by Douglas Montero, is the result of an analysis of 117 cases of
| sexual abuse between January 1999 and June 2001. Sixty percent of those
| accused of sexual abuse were transferred to desk jobs inside the school
| district. Forty percent of those transferred suspects were repeat sex
| offenders.

| The report noted that out of the 117 cases, 212 children were victims. In
| 45% of the cases, the sex offender attacked more than one student. In
nearly
| 16% of the cases, school officials delayed or tried to cover up the sexual
| molestations. The average victim is a 15-year-old girl and 75% of the
| victims were girls. According to the report, "Nearly 20 percent of the
| offenders are homosexuals and in most of these cases, the attack led to a
| sexual relationship with the stu- dent." The report also discovered that
the
| Board of Education investigated another 347 substantiated sex abuse cases
| between January 2000 and July 20, 2001. Adding the 117 cases with the 327,
| it appears that at least one child is sexually abused each day by a school
| employee-and 20% of these molestations against children are done by
| homosexuals!

| Homosexuals Molest Children At A Far Higher Rate Than Heterosexuals
| Homosexuals account for only 1-2% of our population based on current
| surveys. The National Opinion Research Center in 1992 found that 2.8% of
men
| and 1.4% of women identified themselves as "homosexual" or "bisexual. A
1995
| survey of 18-49-year-old men published by the Journal of Sex Research
| indicated that 2.6% of them had engaged in homosexual sex within the prior
| 12 months; 4% had had homosexual sex within the past five years. In other
| words, at least 98-99% of our population is heterosexual in orientation.
| Homosexual activists routinely claim that most child molesters are
| "heterosexual" males, thus shifting the focus away from their own very
high
| rates of molestation. Since 98-99% of the population is heterosexual, it
is
| technically correct to say that most molestations are done by
heterosexuals.
| However, statistics indicate that homosexuals pose a far more serious
threat
| to children than do heterosexuals.
| For example: In 1987, Dr. Stephen Rubin of Whitman College conducted a
| ten-state study of sex abuse cases involving school teachers. He studied
199
| cases. Of those, 122 male teachers had molested girls, while 14 female
| teachers had molested boys. He also discovered that 59 homosexual male
| teachers had molested boys and four female homosexual teachers had
molested
| girls. In other words, 32 percent of those child molestation cases
involved
| homosexuals. Nearly a third of these cases come from only 1-2% of the
| population.

| Dr. Judith Reisman, in her book, Kinsey, Crimes & Consequences, describes
| the research done by Dr. Gene Abel. This researcher compared the
molestation
| rates of self-confessed homosexual and heterosexual child molesters. In a
| sample of 153 homosexual molesters, they confessed to a total of 22,981
| molestations. This is equivalent to 150 children per molester.
Self-admitted
| heterosexual molesters admitted to 4,435 molestations. This comes to 19.8
| victims per molester. Dr. Abel concluded that homosexuals "sexually molest
| young boys at an incidence that is occurring from five times greater than
| the molestation of girls."

| This high rate of molestations by homosexuals is consistent with other
| studies conducted during the past several decades. Here are just a few
| studies that show homosexuals molesting children at epidemic rates:
| The Los Angeles Times conducted a survey in 1985 of 2,628 adults across

| U.S. Of those, 27% of the women and 16% of the men had been sexually
| molested. Seven percent of the girls and 93% of the men had been molested
by
| adults of the same sex. This means that 40% of child molestations were by

| In 1984, a Vermont survey of 161 adolescents who were sex offenders found

| Homosexuals seldom openly admit that they want to sexually assault
children,

| 1-8, 2001 issue of The Weekly Standard, author Mary Eberstadt exposed the
| clear link between homosexual activism and the growing North-American Man-

Marriage is irrelevant here. It has already been discussed here that Fake

Wrong interpretation. This guy is doing everything he can to find out

Remember the issue here is Foster Parentage. Since homosexual do not have
their own biological children, the public needs to know whether it is safe
to risk placing a child with a well-to-do middle class homosexual couple, as
opposed to a poorer heterosexual couple. Thus, these instances of child
abuse that involved foster parentage had to be extracted out to assist the
public and hopefully legislators in making this judgment.
The broader issue is that, if homosexuals are even engaging in this kind of

Marriage is irrelevant here. It has already been discussed here that Fake
Hollywood Marriages are widespread and homosexuals are often party to them.
One of the best known was Arianna Huffington who ran against Schwarzenegger

Wrong interpretation. This guy is doing everything he can to find out
information that the Hollywood Homosexual Neo-Conservative
dominated media is depriving the public of. The HH media refused
to give him information on the sexual orientation of the abusers so

Remember the issue here is Foster Parentage. Since homosexual do not have
their own biological children, the public needs to know whether it is safe
to risk placing a child with a well-to-do middle class homosexual couple, as

abuse that involved foster parentage had to be extracted out to assist the
public and hopefully legislators in making this judgment.
