I think the word "star" is a little ambiguous but I guess anything to
sell a newspaper, eh?
Irwin Allen, the actor who played Che Che in OHMSS (and appeared as a
henchman in TSWLM) has been arrested in connection with the discovery
of the body of his wife in West London.

This week, Irvin Allen, who played Blofeld henchman Che Che in 1969's On Her
Majesty's Secret Service and had a bit part in 1977's The Spy Who Loved Me
was acquitted this week in a London court of murdering his estranged wife.
The 71-year-old actor and retired boxer was found not guilty of killing
Thai-born Chamlng Allen, 49, in April, 2005 due to insufficient evidence.
The murder occurred just days before she was scheduled to contest custody of
the couple's three kids in a family court proceeding. Allen says he hopes
police will attempt to find the "true killers."

delicious Balkan/Turkish blend to take effect on his lungs, he reflected
that the true killers are always more elusive..."

Indeed. It sends a shiver up the spine to think the person who
murdered Timothy Dalton's career is still out there....

Yeah, poor old Tim. I wonder whether the houses in London and LA, the
millions in the bank, the gorgeous Russian wife, and the starring roles
at the National Theatre *really* compensate?
As the bellboy said to George Best, where did it all go wrong? ;-)

What do you do, Vargas?"
"Vargas is the new producer of "24" and has ordered budget
cuts. Jack Bauer will now spend the rest of the season
looking for his car keys."

I was watching "The Tailor of Panama" this weekend and it struck me that
Jason Voorhees can be connected to 007. You know the old game, seven
degress of separation and how many people play it with Kevin Bacon... Well,
Jamie Lee Curtis (Jason's sister) was in Tailor of Panama with Pierce. If
you get a chance, watch Tailor. It can be a bit slow early on, but once
Geoffrey Rush starts telling his tails and spying on his own wife, it gets a
little better. The opening is pretty cool too, starting with a shot of MI-6
then cutting to M's/C's (the real M) office inside with Pierce gettign
chewed out and reassigned to Panama.

<Buzzer!> Jamie Lee was Michael Myers' sister.
