Just heard an interesting fact on a BBC documentary about Gengis Khan....
Apparently, recent research has revealed that 1 out of every 200 men
alive today can trace their ancestry directly back to Gengis Khan....
Apparently our friend, Mr Prosser was one of those people....

I always knew it took a special kind of person to be in the army
or be a cop...Mr. Prosser being a fictional character on the other hand,
and only described as being such...

The last time I saw this statistic, I worked out the stats...
that although there might be some 1.7million GK descendants now (or
some number, who knows what it is), very few of them are direct
male-line descendants... in fact, assuming statistically random
offspring (ie, no gender bias), then there will be only ONE direct
male-line descendant... by the numbers... :)

And he's currently working as a clipboard operative for some local
council's Planning and Bypass-building department...
