That must be Homer Gumplich seated at the bar.
I heard they have since expanded, causing them to rename the place to "MEN
SNACK BAR." This angered the women, womyn, ladies, and the she-males in
gazebo three, so they changed it again to "PEOPLE SNACK BAR." Now if I could
just figure out what's in those tasty little green cakes they sell...
