Today I bought a copy of new "FYEO" Ultimate edition. I can not find
the Roger moore commentary. Or the Michael Wilson one. The only one
showing up on my menus is the John Glenn commentary from the previous
DVD incarnation. Can someone help me find it or is this a bad dvd? Thanks.

I don't have "Eyes" yet (!) but it took me a minute or so to get RM's
commentary on "Spy".
The commentary will be there but once you decide whether you want the
first commentary or not, the next screen is the Roger Moore commentary.
Not totally intuitive but it is there.
