When Generations came out, there was a short film shown with it about a
guy who knitted a cardigan that became a time machine of sorts (no, I'm
not making this up!). Anyone got a clue what the short was called?
Thanks

Strange, I went to see it twice on the same day (Holloway Odeon) and can't
remember that at all. THat's not to say it wasn't shown- I just have a lousy
memory. I'd like to see it [again?] though :)

It was called "Knit Your Own Karma". It was the winner of a competition on
the Sci-Fi channel.

Classic stuff.

Actually, I'd love to see that little film again.

Once I knew the title, I went off trawling. It actually got shown with
Planet Of The Apes and not Generations, so I threw a bit of a curveball
there.

My mother (72) has been a huge Trek fan from the outset and I took her
to see Generations when it came out (I've also taken her to see Kiss and
also Cheap Trick). I seem to have this distinct memory of he laughing
her head off at the Karma film. Obviously my memory playing tricks on me.
