I've been getting this update the last couple of days that adjusts the DST
for Australia. Each time it fails to install. I don't recall the KB number,
but it's been happening for the last 2 days. Where do I check or how do I
find out why this isn't installing. Personally, I don't really care since I
don't live in Australia and seriously doubt I'll ever go there. But
Microsoft considers it an important update. Beats me.

But, seriously . . . if an update fails that I don't consider important -
why worry? Try clearing out your browser's cache and perform the update
again . . . if it doesn't work - oh, well - don't move to Australia.

I had the same issue.
