"The Simpsons" didn't exist in the Seinfeld universe, (or did I miss a
subtle reference?). Both shows started out around the same time and
continued together through most of the '90's as Seinfeld covered many
cultural references...
No "D'oh!" from George? No sarcastic, "Yeh, you're about as poor as Mr.
Burns" from Jerry or maybe a "Yeh, he's a real Ned Flanders!" from
Elaine?
Of course "Seinfeld" has been referenced on The Simpsons - but they
cover almost everything, anyway.

The closest thing I can think of, although probably more likely in the
style of a stereotypical mad scientist rather than influenced by Mr.
Burns, is when Newman said, "Excellent".

I know on the commentary track for "The Doorman," Tom Gamill and Max
Pross who later wrote for the Simpsons mention giving Homer the
"summer nights" line used by Sid Farkus (though I'm not sure what
Simpsons episode that's in.)
