A night of calamities. The projector failed on the Roxy video and the
Chunga's duet. Bozzio was sidelined with a blown right Bicep, and had
to solo one handed. Nevertheless a great evening I enjoyed immensely.

I liked it, too -- my sons were absolutely blown away by the whole
thing, which is what I hoped would happen.
You neglected to mention that not only was Terry Ted injured (pix up
now at zappa.com on the ZPZ blog), and not only did the screen fuck up,
but the lights over Terry's kit kept blowing out. They finally had to
hit him with a spotlight for the bulk of his performance, which must
have been pleasant.
Best jams of the night: Vai vs. Zappa on Zomby Woof, Scheila G.'s sax
solo on "Eat That Question," The King Kong jam, and Joe T. and Terry
trading licks near the end of the show.
Funniest audience comment I heard: Dweezil asks: How many of you have
the 'Hot Rats' album?"
Big applause. We ALL know that they're going to play "Peaches" next,
right? So a guy about five seats over from me stands up and yells, "IT
MUST BE A CAMEL!"
Napoleon Murphy Brock is nothing short of amazing, and entertaining as
hell.
