My younger son went to the doctor today. He's 42.5 inches and 42.5
pounds. Interesting.

So that's 1 pound per inch.
Is that good?

This might be interesting translated into centimeters and kilograms, is it
not?

Not for an adult. I'm 67.5 inches and 200 plus mumble pounds.
I'd probably look like an European if my weight was 147 pounds.
For a toddler it's probably okay. I'm guessing a one year old
or something like that...

Ah.

Quick calculation and I'm ~71 inches and ~160 pounds (assuming I've
converted from stones correctly).

A one year old that's 42.5 inches tall? That's nearly four feet.
I'm guessing more a ~4 year old sort of age. Possibly very active, and
busy putting energy into getting longer rather than wider (probably
find that they're 44 inches tall already!).
