The authorities are looking for Jimmy Hoffa's body on some farm
somewhere. So the news shows have to delve into the urban legends of
where he is buried. Including showing the scene in OFF where the
football player trips over Hoffa's burial mound in Giants "I Don't Get
the Stadium Reference" Stadium. They also interviewed many people who
had to idea who the [at] #$% Jimmy Hoffa was.

I wish they'd hurry up and find his body. I'm eagerly awaiting the many
decades of debate as to the cause of his death. The 'where is his body
buried' debate has gotten boring. Well, it has ALWAYS been boring, hasn't
it?

All I know is, if this is a sign of the apocalypse, when the end comes,
I want to be at Mount Splashmore! Will you take me to Mount
Splashmore?

I see that you have nothing better to do on a Saturday evening than to sit
at your computer and pick on me. (small wonder) You are, as we say in
Latin, a dorkus malorkus.
Go to myspace.com instead, I am sure that there are many attractive ladies
who are your age, are in your area and would be thrilled to spend an evening
with you. Ew, I suddenly feel so dirty. [2F31]

I think someone needs to go to Mount Splashmore.
I would drive, but it's a long way to Kentucky.
Just take a left on Baker Street?

Actually, Mr. Wallace, that was kinda an inside thing. Back when I first
began posting here I started a discussion about the Mount Splashmore
episode, and I was subsequently flamed and ridiculed for no obvious reason.
Apparently, the regulars at the time did not care to discuss the issue.

I HARDLY believe that to be your original intention.
Besides, I certainly am popular enough since I am president of The No Aarons
Club. To those of you who have not yet signed up: come on in, there's
plenty of room!
Sorry, not you, Aaron.

It was still too soon at that point. Clearly, time heals all wounds.

You misspelled it. As usual, http://www.snpp.com/episodes/2F09.html
has the last word on all things Simpsonian.
Homer: Why not?
[boy points to sign, "No Homers Club"]
But you let in Homer Glumplich.
Homer G.: [pops head out window] Hyuck hyuck!
Boy: It says no Homer_s_. We're allowed to have one.
Homer: Oh...
[back to the present]
BTW, Homer Glumplich was a member of the Stonecutters.

You might say it's the "Simpsonian Institute."

Are you sure about that? I know that he was a member of the newly formed
"No Homers", but I don't recall seeing him at a Stonecutters meeting. I
could be mistaken though.

Except that maybe Otto was right? **shudder**

Actually I'm going to have to disagree with www.snpp.com on this one. I
just watched Homer the Great tonight, and I did NOT see Homer Glumplich at a
Stonecutters meeting. Later, when he made his brief appearance at the No
Homers meeting, you will notice that he was NOT wearing an old Stonecutters
"uniform" as was everyone else, which furthers my opinion that he never was
a Stonecutter.
In cases in which snpp.com conflicts with the actual series, I believe that
the series should be given preference in determining what is canon. I also
believe that the Homer Glumplich entry should be removed from the capsule
until we get this issue resolved.

Very funny, Aaron. I bet you stayed up all night to think of that one.
