Can you scan it and either post it to one of the binaries groups or
upload it to a website?
Thanks for your help.

The guy who sent it to me started to scan it, but gave up when he found
he was producing 10 MB files and still couldn't read the small writing
on the scanned images.
The program runs to 18 printed sides of which 4 are pages from the score
and 6 are either full-page photos or contain photos (including the cover
of TMFU)
I think the scans were large because all portraits (FZ, Nagano, Ocker,
Mann, Wackerman have a semitone effect from having several hundred
horizontal scan lines etched into each image.
Unfortunately I don't have a scanner that can handle this. In fact I'm
doubtful that a photocopier could deal with the photos or score
fragments though it should be able to handle the rest quite easily.
OTOH even my old digital camera should be able to copy most of it in
readable, though probably not publishable, form simply because its
trivial to photograph partial pages.
Contact me off-group (e-mail address in the sig) and let me know how
much content detail you need. From that we can decide which way
(transcription/photos/photocopies etc.) to proceed.
Cheers.

I'm about to start using Skype, and they do filetranfering as well.
According to their website http://www.skype.com/download/ :
"Since most things you want your friends to see tend to be rather large, we
made our file transfer work with all the file sizes your operating system
can handle. For most people, that's between 2 or 4 gigabytes. And remember,
it works from Windows to Mac to Linux and the other way around. No platform
problems here."
Maybe you guys can use it.
BTW I'm not in anyway affiliated with Skype, just trying to help ;-)

Problem is solved. The issue wasn't bandwidth, but scanning: I don't
have a scanner but digicam shots did the trick.
