€ Does the BTB version of Swiss Cheese/Fire! contain all that's in
circulation of this show? In particular, does the audience tape include
Shove It Right In (the last third of the suite), Sleeping In A Jar, or
the opening notes of King Kong?
€ Does Ian Underwood play saxophone anywhere on the album?
€ When were the bootlegs LPs released?
€ The image at
<http://www.killuglyradio.com/boot/gilboot/cover/firelp2.jpg> suggests
that the bootleg LP of Fire! had very accurate timings, not-so-accurate
song titles (e.g. King Kong = Pound For A Brown), and tracks re-ordered
to fit on LP sides. Is it the case that Magdalena and Dog Breath were
heard between Pound For A Brown and Wonderful Wino on the bootleg?
€ In the Sofa suite from 10/4/71 Montreux (as heard on Swiss
Cheese/Fire!), God has a St. Bernard named Wendell.
I was thinking that he was only a St. Bernard because they were in
Switzerland, so I checked some other performances. And in these there
was no mention of God's dog at all.
There's no dog in 8/7/71 Los Angeles, 10/13/71 Toronto, 11/24/71 Berlin,
11/27/71 Rotterdam, 12/10/71 London, or Them Or Us (The Book).
Was God's dog (of any breed, with any name) mentioned anywhere besides
Montreux?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

I don't know the lineage of my digital copy of the audience-tape which i
got from here:

So my answers are with reference to this copy.

Oops. Found it in my own notes. Apparently they were released in 1985.
