have a form your doctor needs to fill out, then take it to your doctor (or
get a WCB claim form from him (or her) if your work doesn't have a form to
use) and mail it in to the address on the form. I'm not sure how much time
you have to report something like this, though, so you should look into it
fairly quickly.

Well, it was reported the day it happened; I saw a dr that day,
and the paperwork was filled out, as far as I know, now I just
don't know how I'm supposed to gt my money; I should probly

Then you should definitely have something coming.
The main reason I suggested you get something from your work is that many
places, like mine, offers a list of alternate jobs someone can do that
aren't labour-intensive, as an alternative to getting WCB..... If you
chose to take time off instead of one of these alternate jobs, then you
effectively choose not to make a WCB claim.....

Yeah. Ours had one job that didn't involve being on your feet for
6-8 hours a day, secretary, and it was taken :P

I'd contact the WCB and find out if it was reported as such, or if they
reported it as something you could have done but chose not to. The place I
work is just nasty enough to do something like that.....
