Ok simpsons fans, i'm trying to find out which episode contains a
particular scene. This scene showed bart sitting on the ground in front
of the television in the lounge room, a show which may or may have not
been itchy and scratchy is running and bart begins to get excited by
the show and starts 'thrusting' at the television with a wide eyed
grin. it is only his arms that move, fists clenched. If i recall
correctly he turns to face homer sitting on the couch, his face still
grinning and arms still moving.
There are far too many episodes to flip through looking for such a
short section but i'm hoping someone here will recall the episode.

Fortunately, the episode in question probably had nothing to do with
the words "Baker" or "Street", so you will not be flamed. As for
answering your question, ... good luck!
This was the same episode where Krusty said "HEY HEY!!!". And, IIRC,
this episode included:
1. The hands on the wall clock in the kitchen were wrong.
2. There was some reference to someone being black in this episode.
It may or may not have been made about Waylon Smithers. BTW, did you
know that in one episode he was gay?
3. There may also have been a nebulous clue as to what state
Springfield is in. For example, a state where they have utility poles.
4. There may have also been a reference to the musical instrument that
Lisa plays. People keep forgetting what kind of instrument it is. In
one episode she played "Baker Street" on this musical instrument.
