There aren't any, are there???
Episodes 4, 5 and 6 are in the new up-coming game that's yet to be
released: Lego Star Wars 2.

I've never played the game, so it was only a guess - although there IS
a new Lego game coming. Since you've now said there are actual doors my
next guess would be that those doors are for bonus levels you can play
if you've collected 100% of the "gold coins" (or whatever) on the main
levels, or found all the secret spots.
That's usually how they work - in fact some games are stupid like that
since you have to re-play the same levels all over again with different
characters to be able to colect all of the items, which personally I
find EXTREMELY boring.

There are no doors for 4, 5 and 6. Episodes 1,2 and 3 are split into
several sections, that is probably what you are seeing.
If you collect all the superkit pieces you can play level 1 of episode 4,
but thats as far as it goes.

There are doors from the Diner to Episodes 1-3 (and a question mark I
think).
Each of those episodes has doors 1-6 for the 6 scenes from each movie.
For example Door 5 in Ep 1 is entering Theed Palace & door 6 is battling
Darth Maul.
But there are no doors marked Ep 4-6.
As for why it's only the prequel, the game was released just before Episode
3 so it served as a "greatest hits" of Ep 1 & 2 and a sneak peak at Ep 3.
Including 4-6 in that release would have been outside the bounds of what
they wanted to do... and probably would have made the game suffer from being
too ambitious.
Thanks
