No not news, but a question.
It's a bit of a stab in the dark but I was wondering, Star Trek Enterprise
was filmed in High Definition yes but...
I much prefer Deep Space Nine, now does anyone know how it was shot?
I was thinking that it would have mostly been shot on film then transfered
to Video for broadcast.
If so do you think it would be possible in the future for them to release
Deep Space Nine in 1440x1080i(inside a 1920x1080 frame) High Definition?
I mean they have made high definition masters of the Original Twilight Zone.
I just think it would be great to be able to watch the final season in high
def on a big screen even if still in it's intended 4:3 ratio, and the first
couple of series could deffinitly do with a remastering.
But I was wondering if anyone has exact technical knowledge on how it was
filmed and if this would ever be possible (even if maybe not feasable).
