This episode had an interesting idea (big enough that there was no
subplot, not including the first act), and in fact it makes sense to
wonder what Marge might see in Homer now, but it seemed pretty lacking
in actual emotional gravity. (Some comparisons that come to mind, even
if not totally relevant, are 3F24, 1F20, 7G10, EABF12...) I didn't even
really feel sorry for Homer when he got "thrown out," yet I would
normally expect to. I didn't feel the plot itself was to blame, so maybe
it was the execution or something. Homer's little speech at the end and
Marge's reaction actually seemed about right, though. Humor content was
pretty good (I liked the "jogging" run [har]). Till next week...
DYN:
....how stupid the mail carrier apparently is?
....you can tell Hibbert is not holding up his own fingers right away?
....Homer apparently equates snuggling with sex, or tries to convince
Marge they're the same?
....the two living quintuplets sound a bit like Moe?

I can't be the only one who thought of Futurama's "Fear of a Bot Planet
(1ACV05)" when characters started doing the "robot" to traditional
Jewish music...
Notes
For those who are interested in Ned's cat's birthday, Patti LaBelle was
born on May 24, 1944. Well, it's the right month at least.
We now know pretty much all the HABF titles and plots for the end of
this season and the holdovers; soon, we'll have info on the next
production season, but I wonder if it'll be IABF or if the "I" gets
skipped (and J is indeed used). Any predictions?

Damn what a great job of breaking down a pretty crappy episode.
