Remember in Half Blood Prince, Voldemort came to ask for the post of
Defense Aginst the Dark Arts. Dumbledore denied him the post. Since
then, DADA professors have been in and out. What did Voldemort curse? I
find it impossible to curse a job. So, what did the Dark Lord curse?

"AWARD FOR SPECIAL SERVICES" from when he was still Tom Riddle. He would
like the notion of future students spending hours polishing something
that he was given for doing something evil to an innocent, to cover up

I suspect the answer is simply that Voldemort doesn't find it impossible

Yes he did! He killed his father and grandparents at the Riddle House
before returning to Hogwarts for his final year.
It all depends on how soon after the killing the Horcruce has to be
created. I don't believe it has to be immediate but YMMD

Some of those who think that the "Award for Special Services" is an horcrux,
think that he made it when he applied for the job several years later.
Also... he did kill people while he was at Hogwarts and made at least one
horcrux [the diary].

I curse my work a lot, specially TODAY. Whatsoever, the more I cursed
it, the most I got... :S. Perhaps it's uncursable or have a reversal
hex... who knows?

The last job I had, my assistant was the logical one to take my place.
My curse was "I hope you get what you want". Since she was one of the
reasons I left it and she wanted my job. Well she got what she wanted
and discovered it was not a job to be coveted.
I don't really think I cursed the job. I think it was just a terrible
job to begin with. But I like to rub it in once in a while that she
wanted it, and she should be careful what she wishes for.

object involved afterall?? The desk in the classroom? The office?
Dumbledore's office, since that might be where the contract is signed?
