This theory combines a couple of others.
One is that the spell needed to create a horcrux is also combined with
the spell that kills the victim.
The other is from the books, stating that the AK spell rebounded upon
Voldomort when he tried to kill Harry.
If that is the case then it is not Harry who is a Horcrux of Voldomort,
But Voldomort who now carries a piece of Harry's soul.
If you think about it Harry's connection to Voldomort is stronger than
Voldomorts to Harry. After all Voldomort did not know of this connection
until Harry saved Mr. Weasley after witnessing the attact through the
snakes/volomorts eyes.
And now Harry's blood flows through Voldomorts veins. An even stronger
connection to his soul.
Since Harry did not rend his soul voluntarily perhaps he can defeat
Voldomort simply by taking back what is rightfully his.
I told you it was a weird theory.....

I kinda like the theory, but who died. Doesn't someone have to die to
create a horcrux. I know is mom and dad died but that was before.

Well Voldomort died...at least his (partial) soul was separated from his
body.
Also Voldomort did not intend to kill Harry's parents. He just did
because they got in the way. But he did intend to kill Harry. Which
would be when he would include the horcrux spell.

One small problem - although I really like it - is that Harry didn't
murder anyone - ergo no stray "soul bit" hanging around.
That also would not explain Parceltongue either.

So Harry will Dementor Voldemort? ;-)
>One small problem - although I really like it - is that Harry didn't

Maybe the curse injured him and broke off some soul - the usual result
of AK is a body with no visible sign of death, just no life and no soul.
Maybe Harry's life was spared but his soul was damaged. (Of course DD
insisted that Harry's soul was whole, but how could he be so sure?)
>That also would not explain Parseltongue either.
Parseltongue could be operating like a computer link to a program on
someone else's website.
Voldemort could be 'reading' Harry like a piece of spyware. Harry
was reading Voldemort like spyware, even watching through his eyes
like a webcam.
