Aside from the 'flash editing' at the beginning, I think the teaser is
superb. Looks like some real dramatic stuff here--"I knew it was a
mistake to promote you." If Campbell goes all the way with this it could
be one of the best of the recent Bond entries. I am pumped to find out.
Anyone else a 007 fan when Dalton did his first movie? Remember the lead
up to that? I was pumped to see a new Bond that was more like the
character in the novels. I still remember the sense of excitement
walking in to see TLD. I feel that same anticipation now.

TLD was a huge relief after the Moore-onic years. CR will be a huge
relief after a 5 year drought. I think Craig will be wonderful in the
role.

Some random observations:
Daniel Craig in action definitely looks more rogueish than the
static shots I saw of him previously. The Fleming fan in me is
really happy to see that, though my inner cynic thinks the normal
moviegoing audience is going to have a hard time with that (yes,
see also: TD).
Also, in the very last shot, he looks oddly like Peter Stormare...
THE CAR.
I'm behind, it seems...will part of the film actually be in B&W,
or is that just the trailer being really cool?
Oh, and I want that theme arrangement. Oh, yes, I wants it.

Yeah, I remember going into the theatre wanting Ian Fleming's James
Bond, and getting it. I'm more stoked for this than I have been about
a Bond movie in a long, long time.
