The Hollywood News reports that Daniel Craig has confirmed his first project
after wrapping CR, and it appears he'll be playing Lucifer in the adaptation
of Glenn Duncan's novel I, LUCIFER.
The book has been adapted by David Logan (CIRCUS), and Dan Harris and Mike
Dougherty, who wrote SUPERMAN RETURNS and X-MEN 2. Harris will direct the
film, which will be largely shot in the UK. The project was developed by
producers Richard Hewitt and Clark Westerman.

"...Bond's eyes narrowed. He knew, at some point, he would have to slay this
particular dragon. He settled back in his chair, removing a Morlands' three
ring special from the gunmetal cigarette case. As he waited for the
delicious Balkan/Turkish blend to take effect on his lungs, he reflected
that playing Lucifer is cake compared to Bond..."
