The front cover photo of Gail & FZ was taken at the Oval Cricket Ground
in September 1972. (I don't know by whom, though.)
How about the one on the back of the insert

wearing a cap. When and where was it taken? By whom?

This is a photo taken by Christian Rose in Amougies 1969.
