Not only is Through the Mirror, Darkly (at least part 1) one one of the
better stories of Enterprise's run, but I call for a series based on the
mirror universe. The alternate title sequence alone was worth it.

Yip. I thought the same thing. Of course, Paramount doesn't have a clue.

I would liked to have seen an entire season in the mirror BUT it
would have to have interaction between the real and mirror universe.

Yeah, they did that in the original series, DS9 and now again, Yawn. But
what's with the tholian web? In TOS it took a while to make. Now, before TOS
chronologically, zip it's done. What's up with that. Another thing that
Berman never watched?

B&B didn't write this one. In The Tholian Web, there were only two ships to
construct the web; in Mirror Darkly there are several. It's also a much
smaller, looser web than the original- and also these are Mirror Tholians.
So I think one can give them leeway; maybe the web can be deployed rapidly
by several ships, maybe this is a more advanced version because it's a
different universe, etc.

Besides, the original Tholian Web was a stupid weapon which can only be used
because the Enterprise is completely dead in space. This one's better :)

Apparently the Tholians in both universes deploy web-based weapons.
However, in the mirror universe, the fact that they had a hostile human
empire for a neighbor probably forced the Tholians to speed up their
development of the technology. Plus, they had more than two ships to
build the web.

Pretty big assumptions given "mirror" universe. What goes in one goes the
same for the other. And as far as I could tell there were only 4 ships and
they deployed the starter threads and it filled in pretty darn quick. But
hey, it's only fantasy.
