--- Assuming it's no hoax or Photoshop thing, this could work for me.
The look is not in the book, but it seems to evoke something about the
book's description of Le Chiffre, if not physically then
characteristically - with, of course, liberties taken and minus about
the 70 lb. extra weight Le Chiffre should have.
