probably not, if so i am sure ther would have been a law suite.
There are pleny of songs that sound similar but are not infringment on
corpy right.
i believe the "legal law" is the song can NOT be exactly the same for
more then 8 bars.
I think both Roy And Frank were great.
IMO chuck berry was probably the most "ripped off" artist ever.

personal name unless it's tied directly to a specfic product, even in
