Maybe she did. LOL.
If she did, she would know that the Prince is Hermione.

Would she not be the "Mud Blood Prince i.e. the MBP, (oh I am going to
get so much flack for that).

It's Snape. It was never Voldemort. I'm guessing you thought it was
him because of Harry's reflecting that both Snape and Voldemort are
half-bloods who gave themselves pretentious titles that they twisted out
of their given names. Snape's was the Half-Blood Prince, because his
witch mother's surname was Prince; Voldemort's was Lord Voldemort.

Where and how did you get the impression it was Voldemort? Nothing in the
book even comes close to stating that (to say nothing of the fact that,
before the book was out. Jo said that neither Harry or V is the HBP).

Nope, that would be "Marvolo." The father was "Lord Riddle."
Otherwise, good points.

V's mother's maiden name was Gaunt, not Marvolo. Marvolo was the first name
of V's maternal grandfather.

Alright, so swap "Gaunt" with "Marvolo." My main point is that "Lord
Riddle" is the only Lord involved here. "Lord Voldemort" is just a
moniker.

The pretentious title Voldemort gave himself was Lord Voldemort. Not
anything involving any of his family.

It's also why V isn't a Jr. Different middle name.

It's an anagram of his name. Which didn't help his ego much.
