Somebody seems to be posting under the names of the regulars - and posting
Bible verses.
Anybody else noticed this, or is it just me?

Yes. And they all include a follow-up to news.admin.net-abuse.email,
probably to get the adresses of the posters banned? Wouldn't work so
easy, but still annoying..

Clearly, we need four books. Or even five.

At least! We also need some good laughs. How can you laugh at some of
the things that happen in the bible?
I hate to mention this, but the bible is divided into "books".
I think the only place I know of where ten pages is a book is the bible.

You can, if you try. :-)

They can fit a book into ten pages because of all the small text.

It's not being posted by bible people.
What's going on, is that the spammers are setting up the messages so that
the responses (IE "Shut up" "Get lost" etc.) go to a second newsgroup,
where the spammers have an axe to grind.

One difference between the bible and spam is that I am much
more likely to put a can of SPAM on the front page of my
website than the bible. I just did that earlier today in
fact, down near the bottom.
