The door to JK Rowling's "private room" on her official site is open.
In the past, this has revealed important new information about the next
book, so we might learn something about book 7 soon.
The W.O.M.B.A.T.s, unlike OWLS, consist exclusively of written papers.
Therefore, W.O.M.B.A.T.s can be sat by Muggles as well as wizards,
although the Wizarding Examination Authority does not believe that any
muggle would have the degree of inner knowledge required to achieve a
pass.

I have been woundering about this sence I heard of them. And I think we
now know what the muggle half of a mixed marage has to take to be able to
go to a Q game with there wizard or witch kid. And I am guessing that we
saw the office that gives these tests in book 5 as harry went to his test.
Or maybe the muggle worthy excuse is where you have to go to try and be
alouad to take these tests if you are a muggle.
Do any of you think the test it's self is a clue to the next book?
