Harry Potter Dream [message #243820] Fr, 31 März 2006 22:52

I had a Harry Potter-esque dream last night. Only I was the head
wizard... And I was like blasting out a few spells, and I vividly
remember something with a magical sword, though it was acting like a
wand... and lots of purple, yellow, blue light bouncing backwards and
forwards.

The rest of the trio were there helping me... I think... it's a bit
hazy... They were there in some capacity.

Anyhow, manage to disarm my opponent, and then Im trying all these
spells none of them were working, I just kept looking at my wand, like I
was looking down the barrel of a gun, shaking it, cursing that it wasn't
working... thinking maybe I should try something simpler, but for the
life of me, I couldn't remember the spell to summon something to my
hand... The others came and finished him off for me.

Not every night you have a dream about Harry. Err....

No; it isn't, but from time to time I've had a Harry Potter related
dream too. Kind of cool I've thought on later reflection. What I could
recall of them anway. I thought it was rather brave of you to share
your dream, so I'll do the same. A long time ago I had a dream I was
married to Lucius Malfoy and we were very excited because I was
pregnant with a daughter that somehow we KNEW was going to be a
powerful seer. It don't remember anyone else being present or anything
else being relevant, but the images were very vivid. I can still
remember what the room looked like. And during my first reading of HBP
I had a dream that I was at school at Hogwarts! To be that age
again.... Anyway, it was pretty funny because I was running around
with Harry, Hermione, and Ron and casting "mufliato" left and right so
that we wouldn't be overheard, since it was after hours, naturally.
There was also something about Draco, Crabbe and Goyle in
Transfiguration class, as well. I think Harry used "langlock" on Crabbe
because he was laughing at Hermione. Fortunately for Harry, McGonagall
either chose to overlook it or didn't notice. Well, that is all I have
to report. Can't think of any others. Anyone else?

I had a dream not too long ago that I was reading an advance copy
of the 7th book. It was in pieces, not complete either - didn't really
have a hard cover, and a lot of the pages were grouped as though
they had been read in those spots many times. But I knew it was
the 7th book, and I knew noone else had seen it yet because it wasn't
due out for a little while longer.

I wish I could remember what I started to read - normally I can see
words in my dreams, but this was quick, not much time to commit to
memory.

I had a similar dream with HBP. I dreamed I had stolen a copy before the
book was aout and I found out the book was crap, was more like a
fanfiction. Then I came here to post how terrible it was. He He, I
dreamed with both Harry and afh-p-.

I had that dream too! Only I do remember part of what was in the book--
just as I was near the end, Harry was being swallowed by a giant magical
crow/vulture sort of hybird. Then I woke up, so I'll have to wait another
year or two for the actual release to find out how he escapes. :-)
