That was Selma's Choice (9F11) in season 4. It's Selma's ham radio.

Cool thanks, there is a reference where Homer says "You just stick
that guitar in the closet next to your short-wave radio, your karate
outfit and your unicycle, and we'll go inside and watch TV." in the
Otto Show episode.
The only other one I'm having problems with is;
during the war Apu's baby episode had VU OP over babies (VU is prefix
for India and OP =
operator)
Thats the only clue I have to work off, any ideas what episode that is?
