This appears to be a joke, but one never knows...
"TBS, 4:00 PM (C.S.T.) "RECTUMA!", Color, 1958, ToHo Studios, Japanese
with French subtitles, starring Tohiro Matsushita, John Pepper,
Angelique Tattersall. Over-the-top cult classic features an army
experiment gone away, resulting in a colossal, rampaging, radioactive
Anus running amuck across Tokyo until being subdued of an army of
homosexuals. Unintentional humor and amazingly shoddy special effects
combine to make this one a treat even for the jaded cinema fan."
Has anyone seen this thing?
Best,
James

Scarily, although the details quoted above are wildly incorrect, a
quick websearch indicated that there does appear to be a 2004 film of
that name and general description, unless there's a *really* elaborate
hoax going on:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0365674/

Here's another link that sheds more light on this bizarre film:
http://www.pirromount.com/futpro2.html
Since the other film was (apaprently) released in 1958,and this one is
*very* recent, I wonder what is going on...possibly a U.S. remake?
Neither of them sound particularly "musts" for my DVD collection.
Cheers.....er, bottoms up?

That might be the wisest choice, after all. No need to get to the er,
bottom of it. Sounds a bit cheeky to me, anyway.
Later....

In perusing the baby aisle of my local Target last night, in a quest
for wipes, I ran across a product that might have been useful to the
Japanese in that movie:
Boudreaux's Butt Cream
At first I thought it was some Cajun marital aid, but in fact, it turns
out that it is a diaper rash product.
