when "moody" has harry, after the 3rd task, in the castle he touched his
bleeding arm. did he lick the blood from it? it looked like he did.

No, he never even brings his hand near his mouth until he is trying to drain
the last drops of Poly Juice potion from his flask, and it is the top of the
bottle that is in his mouth, not his hand.
