Thinking about the theory that snape either didnt kill Dumbledore or did so
on his orders, I was thinking about the way Dumbledore died which as many
have pointed out does not show the same signs of the AV curse we saw in GOF.
It did almost seem to be the same kind of effect we saw with Katy Bell when
she touched the cursed necklace?
Of course this leaves the problem of why it wasnt found on Dumbledores body?

Well, he did go flying off the tower. It could easily have fallen off
and gotten lost.
