I noticed that in RotS that early in the film Natalie/Padme's face
seemed thin, and that later in the film it seemed fuller (and more
attractive in my opinion). Women often gain a bit of weight in places
other than around the uterus and in it when pregnant. Did Natalie gain
weight to make her seem pregnant? Am I imagining this? Was there some
computer enhancement?

Just your imagination. I just had a look. Seem like the "set lights"
play us a trick with shadows along with the right make up....
