So far, this is what we've got....

Leiter is white in the Casino Royale novel not black, Lynd is English
not French/Swiss, Bond is very good looking (and does not have red
brown hair) nor does he like a builder, Le Chiffre is fat and ugly not
thin, Danish and more attractive than Bond, the Casino Royale is set in
Northern France not Montenegro, Bond plays Baccarat not Texas Hold 'Em,
Bond's boss is male not female, Moneypenny is in the book yet absent in
the film, the plot is about the Le Chiffre wasting funds he 'stole'
from SMERSH, not about mercenary terrorists or Le Chiffre playing the
stock market to gain his funds, Bond is an experienced 00 and not on
his first mission and Bond is a naval commander not SAS.

And Eon thinks this is faithful to Fleming's book? Eek.
