| SW: BF2 Many Questions [message #213205] |

I'm playing BF2 on PC. I've been stuck in the Hoth battle, Our Finest
Hour, for 5 days. I simply can't do it.
I have some questions:
1) Is there a quick save method? I know you can save between levels,
but can you save within the level. I'm so tired of replaying the
entire Hoth level just to die near the end.
2) Are there Cheat Codes (like god mode) for the PC version yet. I
hate to use them, but I'm desperate!
3) Is there any way to skip levels. At this point, I don't really care
about the challenge anymore. I just want to move on.
Please, any help will be appreciated!
Greg

I just read somewhere that the Hoth level is the last one. Can someone
confirm this? If this is the case, then I'll be happy knowing this and
be done with this game.
Wimpy, I know, but I really do have better things to do that play one
level over and over for 5 days.

Hoth is indeed the last level - well on the Xbox Version at least, I assume
the PC version is the same. Can't really remember any tactics, but it took
me 4 or 5 attempts at it. Use the droids all the time to gain new ammo and
repair health, I go for the default trooper with the rifle and pistol.

I know the feeling. I was stuck at Hoth, too, and really got tired of
playing the same thing over and over.
But help is here in the form of a "trainer." Never heard of a trainer
before posting a similar complaint to yours at a gaming forum and being
pointed to megagames.com
There you can download a small exe file that you launch prior to
launching Battlefront. Once you're in the game, you simply hit
shift+___, the ___ being a number corresponding to a list of cheats,
including infinite health, ammo, jet pack, mission time, and several
others.
Be careful with the files at megagames. I downloaded the two trainers
for Battlefront II, Pizzadox and Fraya. When I unzipped them, the
Fraya trainer contained a trojan. The Pizzadox was clean and worked
just fine and I've now finished Hoth.
Here's the direct link to the Battlefront II Pizzadox trainer:

Get in the AT-AT and use the particle cannons (alt-fire) to blow the
heads off the opposition. Works every time!
