He also dissented from an opinion that the cops could be
sued for killing an unarmed TEN YEAR OLD who was
running away after having stolen ten dollars.

The only thing they'll leave standing is Roe v. Wade. They'll
gut it but not completely overturn it because they need to
keep it around anytime they have to fire up their base of
Amerikan Assholes.
