So I'm looking for the source of this obscure Simpsons quote. I know I
heard it, but I just can't remember which episode it is from. (I am 99%
sure it is from the Simpsons, and not some other show).
To put the quote in context, I think it came about like this: Krusty is
doing his show and he says something about welcoming a character (I
think Mr. Teeny, his money) back from a criminal trial (I think for
murder). . . and then Mr. Teeny (or whoever it is) looks at the camera,
makes some gesture, and triumphantly, in a high-pitched voice says,
"Not Guilty!!!"
It's a very funny scene, and you know from the way Mr. Teeny says it
that he was in fact guilty.
If anybody knows what episode this is from, maybe you could let me
know. I searched "not guilty" on snpp.com thru google, and couldn't
find anything. Maybe I have the quote wrong. I have all the episodes of
the show, but it would take me months to get through them all.
Any & all help is appreciated.
Thanks,
~takethemud

Hmmm now I'm befuddled cos I can't recall any time where Mr' Teeny actually
speaks.. I 've seen him smoking a cigarette and on rollerskates but your
scene doesn't ring any bells...

I could be mistaken, Mr. takethemud, but I really doubt that it was Mr.
Teeny or another Simpsons character. I'm speaking from my own memory and
not from an authoritative source but my guess is that it's from another
show.
If it is indeed from the Simpsons, I would suggest in order to jog the
memories of the other posters at a.t.s that the character may have been
Mayor Quimby, Wiggum or Fat Tony. Seems to me to be that any of these have a
special reason to plead for innocence. Additionally, these characters have
the ability to talk.

It's from FABF03, Marge Vs. Singles, Seniors, Childless Couples, and
Teens, and Gays. Maggie is at a Roofi concert, and the opening act it
the Tellitubbies. They were appearing "for the first time since
Tinky-Winky was acquitted of manslaughter" and Tinky-Winky says "Not
Guilty!" in his very high pitched voice.

Excellent.
No wonder I couldn't find it on snpp.com- the episode capsule hasn't
been created yet.
Thanks a million, Andy.

anoncer sez so and so just aquitted, and a teletubbie raises hand and
