I'm watching Episode I right now and I'm at time index 51:30.
As Darth Maul walks off the ramp of his ship, I hear faint whisperings
twice. The words sound like "Casaba....". There is no mention of a word(s)
on the sub-titles (but I haven't checked the closed captioning). Has anyone
else heard this?
This is just loose theorizing, but could this be Sidious? Perhaps a long
dead Sith Lord? We've seen how Obi-Wan talked to Luke from the twilight. For
that matter, we've heard Qui-Gon talk to Yoda in Episode II.
Could a few of you listen to this and tell me what you make of it?

This also occurred at another time when Qui-Gon says something (says
"something about this boy" i think) and Anakin's mom is at the doorway and
she walks away into her home. Its not Sidious its just classic "evil music"
or the spirit of evil..etc.

It's Sanskrit. It's a short dramatic stab of Darth Maul's theme. The
Wagnerian technique is used by Williams throughout the saga to "announce"
characters.
