You all may have already seen this site. Several interesting Zappa
videos (interviews, concert footage, SNL performances, the A&E
biogrpahy), along with a bunch of other random videos. All posted

Great stuff!
I'd never seen the A&E show - of course a fair amount is from official
sources, but the soiree I had heard a lot about and never anticipated
seeing.
Now wtf is this SNL performance of St. Alphonzo/Rollo? Because I
thought I had both appearances of FZ on SNL, in the first one (76) he
does Slime, Lagoon w/Belushi, Peaches, in the second (78?) he does
Dancin Fool, Meek Shall Inherit Nothing, hmmm I guess I just forgot
about that one!

I noticed that, too. So, there were three performances in the 78
show?

FZ appeared on SNL twice, performing three songs each time. See Román's
videography <http://globalia.net/donlope/fz/videography/SNL_76.html>,
<http://globalia.net/donlope/fz/videography/SNL_78.html>.
SNL episodes run 90 minutes, but have often been edited to 60 minutes
for re-runs.
