I just watched the episode (in German, sadly) and woud like to make an
additional comment to the ep capsule (since no-one made that connection
there)
After Bart persuades Lisa to "legalize it" the casino's manager
explains that the vision gets a little "hazy" after that.
- another reefer joke?
Legalize it!

I guess people got the joke but there were several opinions what "legalize
it" could mean and what
the writers intentions were, so i thought of adding this comment just to
make it clear that (for me) there's
no doubt that anyone could mean anything else...
