A friend of mine sent me a copy of a story called "The Case of the
Screeching Pentacle", by an author called David Marisch. Does anyone know
anything about this writer as I've been uable to find out much about him.
The story involved a legacy left by Mrs Hudson's late husband, which I
thought was a common conceit in the pastiches, but I can't recall the first
story to use such an idea. Can one of the experts here please advise me
which story first featured Mr Hudson and his related mysteries?
